Tasks
Your tasks will appear here
Paste an email and press Find tasks, or try the sample to see how it works.
No clear tasks in this email
The converter looks for requests ("Could you…", "Please…"), instructions and deadlines. If the email asks for something in another way, add it to your list yourself, or let HeroKit read your inbox for you.
DueUrgent
From the email:
Your email never leaves your browser. Nothing is uploaded or stored.
How it works
Paste the email, including the sign-off. Quoted replies and signatures are left out.
The converter reads each sentence and keeps the ones that ask for something: requests like "Could you…", instructions, things that "need updating" and direct questions.
Deadlines such as "by Friday", "tomorrow", "EOD" or "November 15" become dates, counted from today. Copy the list when it looks right.
Good to know
- It follows rules, not AI, so it can miss a task that's phrased in an unusual way or keep a sentence that isn't one. Read the list before you rely on it.
- It works best with emails in English. Dates written only in numbers, like 10/11, are shown as written, because the order of day and month differs between countries.
- It doesn't know who each task is for. In a group thread, check which ones are yours.
HeroKit does it for you
Let HeroKit turn your inbox into done work
HeroKit watches your Gmail accounts, filters the noise and alerts you only on what's urgent. Every request becomes a tracked task with a deadline, and she follows up until it's done.

Email-to-task converter questions
Does the email-to-task converter use AI?
No. It uses rules that look for requests, instructions, questions and deadlines in each sentence. That keeps it instant and private, but it's less flexible than an AI assistant like HeroKit.
Is my email uploaded anywhere?
No. The text is processed in your browser and is never sent to a server or saved.
Which deadlines does it understand?
Weekdays ("by Friday", "next Tuesday"), "today", "tomorrow", "EOD", "end of the week", "end of the month", "in 3 days", written dates such as "November 15" or "15 Nov", dates like 2026-11-05, and times like "10am".
How do I get the tasks into my to-do app?
Press Copy list. You get a plain-text checklist that pastes cleanly into most notes and task apps.
Can HeroKit do this for me automatically?
Yes. HeroKit watches your Gmail accounts, turns every request into a tracked task with a deadline and follows up until it's done. Anything that goes to other people waits for your approval.
